- 1 cup carrots, steamed and chilled
- 1/2 cup fennel, steamed and chilled
- 1/2-inch ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 12 oz. filtered water
- 1 scoop collagen peptides protein powder (I only use this Further Food brand!)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve immediately.
