Roasted Butternut Squash with Green Apples and WalnutsDec 14, 2022
Yields 4 servings
- 12 oz. frozen and chopped butternut squash (can also use fresh)
- 2 medium organic green apples, chopped into ½-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- Himalayan sea salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and roast in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
